Prior to installation, inspect and confirm whether there are bearings at the extension end of the motor shaft (the extension end of the shaft can be manually light swayed, and the motor has no bearings if the extension end of the shaft can be swayed); if the extension end of motor shaft has no bearings, it is necessary to ensure that the coaxial degree of the motor axis and the spigot outside the motor cover (spigot of the block) should be not more than 0.1 mm. After installation, inspect whether the armature can rotate flexibly, without wiping or collision phenomenon.
