Check regularly whether the internal components of the motor are deformed and check the surface conditions of the commutator and the wear situation of the electric brush, if unusual, the motor will work again only after timely maintenance. The motor should be checked at least once in per half a year (the inspection cycle should be correspondingly reduced if the operation conditions of the electric vehicles are frequent and complicated) under the following methods: a: Removing dirt, fouling or carbon of the motor, to ensure the normal work of the motor. b: Cleaning or replacing the bearings, adding # 3 lithium grease into the roller after being cleaned. c: According to the wear situation of the electric brush, it will be replaced in a timely manner at a professional maintenance unit, and the wear-in arc surface of a new electric brush should be guaranteed to be not less than 70% before being put into operation.10. The maximum allowable current at a short-term overload of the motor is three times of the nominal value. Torque at overload at the time is 4.5 times of the nominal torque, and the time should not be more than one minute.11. The motor is under one hour work system and is not allowed to work overtime.12.
